A first draft used the notifying page's “8,000 operators” example and the legal page's ePrivacy/one-stop-shop conclusion as purpose-column headlines. G1 removed them. The purpose column is now the question each child answers.

Item wiki-sweep-figures / reconcile the seven namespace tables and their counts. Joint log, full report output, mutation test and the literature: decision: namespace-table_reconciliation_2026-09-21.
No count changed: 4 rows against 4 pages, equal as sets. This page carried no reference to what start promises. Methodology now says the 4 is rows and pages, replacing “a wiki-page count as of 2026-08-27”, which named neither quantity.
